What You'll Be Driving

As a Sales Team Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of daily performance—coaching, calibrating, and creating momentum. You'll work closely with the Senior Sales Team Leader and Contact Centre Manager to deliver results, build capability, and keep the team aligned to our vision.

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

  • Managing team performance across KPIs and conversion targets
  • Delivering high-impact coaching: live listening, side-by-side, planned sessions, and real-time feedback
  • Running morning and afternoon huddles that energise and align
  • Overseeing agent pipelines and weekly goal check-ins
  • Conducting structured one-on-ones and performance conversations
  • Supporting onboarding, training, and showroom readiness
  • Spotting skill gaps early and implementing improvement plans
  • Driving daily reporting, analytics, and performance insights
  • Championing recruitment and team growth
  • Creating a culture of fun, focus, and fierce collaboration
  • Leading by example—talk the talk, walk the walk
