**The Role**

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide valuable support while ensuring every customer interaction is positive and seamless. Your role is key to helping us maintain high satisfaction levels and build lasting customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary to ensure prompt solutions
- Providing product/service information and guiding customers to make informed decisions
- Managing and updating customer accounts and ensuring records are accurate
- Collaborating with team members to enhance overall customer experience
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is preferred, but not essential - we value a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment

Pay: $55,426.98 - $66,158.46 per year
