Our state government client is currently seeking a Junior Communications Officer to join their team.

Our state government client based in Perth’s Eastern Suburbs is currently seeking a Junior Communications Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

**Your new role**
Your responsibilities will include:

- Event planning support
- Social media monitoring
- Internal and external communications support
- Assisting with ministerial responsibilities when required

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will be desirable, as will:

- Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role
- Willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong written communication skills
