**The Position**

Maali Group is seeking a Junior Mobilisation Officer. This is a great opportunity to join an established team and diversify your experience into the area of mobilisation experience across the Infrastructure, Mining and Energy sectors.
- Previous experience in administration, document control and client service within mining and resources preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Hard working and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Genuinely enjoy networking and building new relationships with new employees during the on-boarding stage
- Self-motivated to work autonomously with a solutions based approach
- Good communication skills

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in administration or document control
- Previous exposure to Tier 1 companies such as RTIO, BHP, FMG and Roy Hill is a distinct advantage
- Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with a variety of systems and IT programs
- Able to take direction and use initiative to complete tasks and communicate solutions
