**APS6 Media and Communications Adviser**

Our Federal Government client is seeking an
**APS6 Media and Communications Adviser** who can build media reports and monitoring the media inbox.

**About the role**:

- Undertake research to inform media releases and responses
- Assist with creation of social media content
- Social media and media monitoring
- Review communications notices and web content
- Assist with projects and publications as required

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Solid experience in developing, executing and evaluating communications plans
- Strong understanding of a wide range of communication channels and techniques
- Strong understanding of best practice communications approaches
- Advanced interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be adaptable to changing business needs
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications or a related discipline
- Demonstrated ability in establishing effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
