You will be instrumental in increasing the department's profile and engaging with a wide range of audience members promoting a variety of products.

**Your new role**

As the Program Officer, Marketing & Media, you will:

- Provide advice on design, content, publication and distribution of communications and marketing materials in print and digital formats, ensuring consistency, quality and accessibility.
- Create and execute marketing and advertising campaigns that promote programs, services, collections and events to target audiences.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including advertising and media representatives, libraries, government agencies and tourism industry bodies, to identify and pursue cross-promotional opportunities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in marketing, media, communications or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, participate and contribute to the team objectives
- To be an Australian citizen

**What you'll get in return**
