**About the Role **This is your chance to build your category expertise, strengthen stakeholder management skills, and gain exposure across the full product lifecycle—from sourcing to store.

**In this role, you’ll**:

- ** Support category operations -**help execute the annual category strategy, manage line planning, and contribute to pricing and promotions aligned to key events and product seasonality.
- ** Drive commercial outcomes -**assist with delivering sales, profit, and trade partner support to budget, optimising promotional activities across all channels.
- ** Manage the range -**support new product introductions, lifecycle management, packaging and pricing updates, and clearance strategies to maximise profitability.
- ** Ensure compliance & governance -**maintain accurate reporting, support forecasting adjustments, and ensure all category products meet compliance and sustainability standards.
- ** Build strong relationships -**partner with internal teams and external trade partners, negotiate effectively, and champion the category across the organisation.

**What You’ll Bring**
- ** Retail Buying Expertise -**Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- ** Operational Know-How -**Strong understanding of inventory, product lifecycle, and category performance.
- ** Global Trade Exposure -**Experience working with international/domestic trade partners; China sourcing/manufacturing highly regarded.
- ** Analytical Edge -**Strong Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- ** Influential Collaborator -**Proven ability to influence and work across diverse stakeholders.
- ** Educational Foundation -**Qualification in Business and/or Merchandising
