Office Administrator

This role will entail undertaking various office and administrative task such as:
- Liaising with customers, internal / external tradespersons and management
- Taking incoming and making outbound phone calls
- Entering, collating, and processing data
- Cross checking data and documentation for correctness and accuracy
- Recording accurate data within SAP (knowledge of SAP will be highly regarded)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Highly organised, demonstrating accuracy & high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication & verbal skills
- Minimum 1 year experience within an administration role
Working hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM (Monday - Friday)
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
