We are looking for an enthusiastic **Accounts Team Member** to join our small team located in Dingley Village. We need someone who is **focused**, passionate about helping people and **making a difference**.

**Full training will be provided.**
**Pay Rate and Hours**: Salary will be negotiable based on availability and experience.
You must be available for **at least 30 hours a week** between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
**You will require**:
Previous experience in **Payroll**and using **MYOB** essential.
General **Administration**Skills including a **Polite and Confident** Phone Manner.
The Ability to Work in a **Team Environment** that Allows Collaboration.
Willingness to **Help Everyone** and also **Ask for Help**.
High **Attention to Detail**.
High Level **Organisational**Skills.
Great Customer Service Skills.
The Ability to **Communicate**Effectively.
**An Inquisitive, Self-Motivated Nature.**
Driver’s Licence Accompanied by a Reliable Car.
**You will be**:
Printing and entering timesheets into Comensura and entering hours into spreadsheets.
Using MYOB to complete accounting tasks
Completing basic **sales reports**.
Preparing Documents.
Liaising with **clients**and other stakeholders.
Assisting multiple internal team members.
