As the Business and Training Improvement Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying and effective introduction of business improvement activities by constantly seeking, sharing and implementing best practice process improvements across the Qantas Ground Services business, ensuring that projects are analysed, risk assessed, issues are tracked, and change initiatives are implemented on time

Additionally, you will be responsible for coordination, delivery and oversight of training by personally delivering training when required and ensuring part time trainers are coordinated and have the resources required to effectively deliver course content.

You’ll have
- Previous experience in an Administrative/Business Improvement role
- Sound project management skills with the ability manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Process improvement skills -identification to implementation
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to plan and coordinate people and training material
- Sound Knowledge of Ground Handling Policy & Procedures
- Cert IV in training & Assessment is desirable
- Business improvement, Lean or Six sigma desirable
