An excellent opportunity for a professional and dedicated administrator to join our established team at the Australia New Zealand Policing Advisory Agency (ANZPAA) in a critical support role for the agency.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Officer (Officer) will also be an administrative all-rounder, providing outstanding customer support across the agency, and to senior policing stakeholders across Australian and New Zealand. Officers will collaborate with other team members to deliver a range of executive level administrative and project support services.
We are looking for a customer focused and flexible individual who has strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will excel in working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment where no two days are the same. You need to be comfortable with multiple tasks, focused on quality results and responsive to stakeholder needs. You will enjoy the challenge of contributing to an agile and responsive Agency culture, taking ownership for identifying improvements to processes and implementing new systems.

As a public sector standard, generally all new employees will start at the base entry level and increment throughout the salary range each year based on performance. Current public sector employees at the same grade will be considered for a transfer of entitlements with evidence. A request above entry level may be considered in certain circumstances.
