**THE ROLE**

**Stirling Dynamics is recruiting an HR Administrator to join the Support Service team.**

This role will suit someone who has previous experience within HR and is highly organised.

This is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week ideally over 5 days. This role will be based in our Bristol office however as part of our commitment to flexible working, employees are able to work remotely.

The ability to achieve and maintain UK Security Clearance is a mandatory pre-requisite for this role.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Dealing with general HR queries
- Day to day admin HR tasks such as processing return to work forms, managing holiday allowance, training requests etc
- Support the onboarding process for new starters, including drafting contracts, performing security checks, creating employee accounts and managing the induction process
- Support the talent acquisition process, including job creation and liaising with recruitment agencies
- Ensure employee records are maintained in line with GDPR
- Manage our 6 monthly HR reporting process
- Support the 6 monthly performance review process
- Support ad hoc HR improvement projects

**QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of working within an HR role (preferred)
- Degree or A Levels (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload in an efficient manner
