- A unique opportunity is available for a special person to join the Group Capability team as a Student and Placement Coordinator. We are looking for a person who comes with exceptional communication skills, is a whizz at navigating traineeship and are organised in their approach. You will have experience working with student placements and traineeships before but may not have worked in healthcare - that’s ok we can teach you about our sector, but you will have a can-do attitude with a thirst for learning.

**What you’ll do**
- In the role of Student and Placement Coordinator, you will support a national portfolio of secondary and tertiary placements and traineeships. You’ll love networking with internal and external stakeholders, always looking for opportunities to support career pathways. You will be encouraged to be innovative in a collaborative environment and leverage technology to make it easier for students and organisations to work with us. You’ll have the opportunity to work on all aspects of student placements, traineeships, study assistance and other career pathway projects where you will be supported and guided by the Group Capability team and experts in their fields.

- Have a keen eye for detail, particularly in written communications
- Comfortable communicating with people at all levels of seniority
- Able to work autonomously and manage own workload to deliver outcomes
- A true team player with a can-do attitude as we have a great team culture and are looking for that right person to join us
- Experienced in supporting student placements and traineeships, or similar
- You live in either WA or SA so you can work a flexible hybrid arrangement

**Selection Criteria**
Essential: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Essential: Experience in building career pathways, identifying supporting programs and the professional standards required for students, trainees, and employees.
Desirable: Experience supporting community-based health and/or aged care operations
Essential: Advanced skills in MS Office products including Word, Power Point and Excel.
Essential: Exceptional communication skills including the ability to structure and write reports.
