**Synopsis of the role**:
In this role you will be an individual contributor directly reporting to the commercial excellence director. You will provide commercial insights and support for the sales team. Some of the key aspects include, managing and maintaining the Salesforce system, analysing sales data, creating and implementing sales processes, and

identifying areas for improvement.

**Main Duties & responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the Salesforce system (process improvement where necessary)
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and create better efficiency and productivity for the sales department
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional team and build lasting relationships to improve processes and support sales growth
- Provide commercial analysis and insights to support sales and commercial teams in making informed decisions.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- 3 + years’ experience utilising the Salesforce platform
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data manipulation
- Skills within forecasting, budgeting & expenses management
- Financial or Accounting background would be preferred but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
