**About the role at Paypal**

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for driving sales productivity & effectiveness initiatives as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure prioritized objectives and strategies are executed and enabled within the sales organization. This role is a member of EU & AU Sales Operations organization.

**Seniority**

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Team Enablement - Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
