The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for increasing the efficiency of sales processes, providing regular reporting, and supporting the prospecting strategy for the sales team. Your focus will be to support getting the most out of customer interactions and leveraging data to provide customer insights and assist in business decision making.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organisation.
- Provide regular reporting and monitoring of sales team member performance.to VP
- Transform sales data into business intelligence and provide actionable insights to Sales Leaders to help increase sales productivity.

**Skills to succeed**:

- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and Microsoft suites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
