To support our revenue growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced, focused and results-driven SaaS Sales Operations Analyst to own and improve our sales infrastructure including sales tools, processes, data, reporting and analytics to help build our team for scale. You will play a key role in ensuring our sales goals are met.

You will report to the Head of Sales APAC and collaborate closely with the CFO and sales teams across both Australia and EMEA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Streamlining and optimising sales processes to increase the efficiency of the sales team
- Pipeline management and overseeing the sales funnel
- Manage our CRM (Salesforce) data to make sure that CRM is the main source of ground-truth
- Monitor, analyse and report on key sales performance indicators and trends used by salespeople, sales managers, and the ELT to drive strategic and tactical business decisions
- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales targets and objectives
- Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts
- Research & integrate sales tools and systems with financial systems to increase automation and efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with the Customer Success, finance and People & Culture teams etc. to help deliver on business objectives
- Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A bachelor's degree or business-related degree
- 2+ years of proven sales operations management/ business analytics/ technology-related field experience is must
- Experience with SaaS/Software solutions is highly desirable
- Proven experience working with sales systems and tools like CRM (Salesforce ideally), SFDC forecasting and reporting, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
- You possess an analytical mind as well as a strong commercial acumen.
- A forward thinker who takes the initiative and identifies gaps in workflows and makes recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, solid judgement, and ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience with complex operational, process, and performance improvement projects including process mapping and process redesign.
