Are you an Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma who is passionate in leading an amazing educational program and demonstrating quality practice?
- 3 days per week, choose your days
- Off the Floor
- Choose your hours 8 or 10 hours p/w

This amazing privately owned 98 place EXCEEDING service in ST IVES is looking for an ECT or a Diploma 50% through their degree to take on the role of an Educational leader.

To be successful, you need to meet the following criteria:

- ECT or 50% through their studies
- Proven track record in QA 1, 6 and 7 for A&R
- Strong work Ethic
- Great time management skills
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Can Support Training Educators and have an effective approach to all levels of educators programming skills.
- Have a similar pedagogy and philosophy to our centre - Natural and Holistic Approach to Learning
- 1-2 Yrs Experience in Ed Leader Role.
- Can hit the ground running in prep for A&R in the next few quarters.
- ASAP start (Ideally)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
