**About the role**:
Earlyhood Recruitment are seeking a highly experienced Centre Leader to make this 67-place service their own with a supportive team.

They require a
**Centre Manager** to lead their service and ideally someone who has experience in successful A&R outcomes. You will be responsible in
**managing two services** which are close to each other. One Centre caters for 0 - 2 years and the other Centre caters for 3 -5 year olds.
- This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge to manage two Centres before being ready in becoming an area manager._

**To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following**:

- An Early Childhood Degree or Diploma
- At least 3 years experience working in a Director role
- Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
- Values a collaborative team approach
- Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
- Experience in delivering inclusive early childhood teaching programs
- Sound understanding of and commitment to Belonging, Being and Becoming - The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework
- Be able to drive up Occupancy
- A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Completed How to Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk training.
