**Position: Educational Leader**
- **Location**: Inner West

- **Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood OR Diploma in Early Childhood
- **Responsibilities**: You will lead the School Readiness Program, and be the Room Leader for the Pre-School room, collaborating with 2 other educators.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Working with children card
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications
- Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS framework
- Excellent communication skills
- You will be able to work autonomously
- You will have a strong understanding of the cycle of planning
- You will feel comfortable mentoring junior staff members
- You will have a strong passion for early childhood education.
