**The Opportunity**

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a global brand providing a variety of machinery for the construction and mining industries.

HCA’s Brisbane branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Sales Coordinator. Located in our branch based in Wacol 4067, this role is a full-time permanent position. Within this role you will be coordinating end to end sales, ensuring that all aspects of the sales process is being efficient and effective in meeting customers deadlines and business goals.

**Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing support to the Sales Manager and Sales department team
- Supplier liaison for machinery equipment attachments including purchasing and milestone management
- Finance liaison for machinery financing
- Chair weekly scheduling meetings with the service department and be responsible for updating the schedule to ensure accurate forecasting of sales
- Support the logistics process for equipment
- Approve sales invoices and PO’s created by the sales administration team and approve customer purchase orders created by sales representatives
- Ensure constant development in the sales process working with customer satisfaction surveys to back improvements
- Coordinate and oversee all Builds to ensure that forecasts and targets are being met

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar Coordinator role or experience working within a Sales team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Ability to liaise with various stakeholder both internally and externally
