**The Opportunity**
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organisation and major operator in the facilities management space. Based in Karratha North WA, you will support multiple sites in the Pilbara region and oversee FM services delivered to critical infrastructure, site and camp facilities.

*You must be able to relocate to Karratha*

**Key Outcomes**
- Oversee the whole of site Maintenance operations
- Delivery of Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC maintenance, service and repair to multiple premises including critical infrastructure, housing and camp facilities
- Technical compliance and best practice
- Client engagement
- Internal team development
- Strong work order management and close out process

*Must reside in Karratha*

**Key Criteria**
- Possess an Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or Trade background
- Ideally with formal tertiary management training
- Held a managerial role for 5+ years
- Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills
- Have an understanding of asset management
- Experience with large complex facilities in challenging environments
