Adamson is seeking a technically skilled and customer-oriented
Applications Engineer - APAC
to support its operations across the
Asia Pacific (APAC)
region. This role focuses on delivering expert technical support, conducting product training, and ensuring optimal system performance for Adamson's clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & System Optimization

  • Provide advanced technical support for Adamson products, including troubleshooting, system tuning, and performance optimization.
  • Assist with system design, configuration, and commissioning for installations and live events.
  • Utilize tools such as Array Intelligence and EASE for acoustic modeling and system design validation.

Training & Education

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers and partners, including hands-on workshops, webinars, and certification courses.
  • Educate users on networked audio protocols such as AVB Milan, Dante, OCA and AES70, ensuring proper integration and operation.

Product Demonstrations & Field Support

  • Organize and lead product demonstrations showcasing Adamson's full range of technologies.
  • Provide on-site technical support during key events, installations, and product evaluations.
  • Strategic Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain relationships with tour sound rental houses, audio engineers, artists, and management companies to promote technical adoption of Adamson products.
  • Advocate for Adamson products in technical riders and specifications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to provide technical insights and feedback.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to product positioning and customer engagement.

Knowledge Management

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Adamson's product portfolio and emerging technologies.
  • Document technical solutions, best practices, and training materials for internal and external use.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in professional audio systems, technical support, or applications engineering.
  • Proficiency in AVB, Dante and Acoustic Modelling.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to train diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the APAC region.
  • Familiarity with live sound environments and system integration
