Established over 40 years ago we have a long history of excellent customer service and take great pride in our employee/employer relations. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are currently seeking multiple data entry team members to join our receivals and cross docking teams. This position plays is crucial to the effective tracing and tracking of client freight. This role would suit anyone looking for Full Time, or Part Time work. This role would also suit students. You will: - Be responsible for ensuring data is entered timely and accurately into our freight management system. - Generating the necessary paperwork for onforwarding activities. - Work closely and communicate with other operational departments to ensure a smooth flow of operational processes. - Ensure accurate and timely collation of transport documentation to produce freight distribution manifests. **To be considered for this role you will require**: - Experience within data entry-based positions. - Fast and accurate entry/keying skills - Maintain a high attention to detail - A customer service focus and have a "can-do attitude" - A keen desire to succeed and assist with process initiatives - Proficiency in Microsoft office specifically with Excel - A driver’s licence and vehicle to get to and from work **THE BENEFITS** - Full time role with flexible working hours and overtime opportunities - Package commensurate with experience and qualifications - Long term security and career opportunities - Work within a collaborative and experienced team - Interesting role with opportunities to innovate and contribute to continuous improvement **Summary** This is an exciting role where no two days are ever the same.
