**What you will be responsible for**:

- **Champion Cold Chain Excellence**: Ensure every outbound load meets strict temperature, quality, and packaging standards to protect product integrity.
- **Drive Efficient Dispatch**: Plan and oversee smooth, on-time shipments through smart scheduling, coordination, and documentation accuracy.
- **Lead Continuous Improvement**: Monitor KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and implement innovative solutions to boost performance and reduce costs.
- **Uphold Safety & Compliance**: Enforce food safety, OH&S, and Chain of Responsibility standards to guarantee safe, compliant transport operations.
- **Master Data & Reporting**: Maintain meticulous records, analyse shipment performance, and provide insights that power operational success.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- **Experienced Logistics Pro**: Brings 5+ years in transport or warehousing, ideally with refrigerated operations and solid SAP/computer skills.
- **Certified & Knowledgeable**: Holds or working toward Cert III in Logistics, with strong Chain of Responsibility awareness and industry insight.
- **Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented**: Skilled in freight scanning, data entry, and electronic systems with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
- **Collaborative Communicator**: Team-focused, customer-oriented, and confident communicating across all business levels.
- **Driven & Professional**: Shows initiative, embraces learning, and consistently represents the organisation with integrity and a positive attitude.
