Imaging Operator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Imaging Operator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our document management and archive processes, ensuring the accurate and efficient digitisation of important client records.

What you'll be doing

• Scanning and indexing a variety of documents, including correspondence, contracts, and other business records.
• Ensuring high-quality image capture and data entry to maintain the integrity of our document management system.
• Performing quality assurance checks on scanned images to identify and correct any errors.
• Adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in using document scanning and imaging equipment, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent data entry and proofreading skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Good understanding of document management best practices and file naming conventions.
• Familiarity with enterprise content management systems or document imaging software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
