**What experience you’ll bring**
Reporting to the Associate Director, the Head of Fraud & Claims Investigations is an active member of the Claims & Assessing executive team. The main purpose of this role is to provide strategic and operational leadership in delivering fraud prevention / detection management, technical claims management and claims investigation functions across Motor, Motorbike & Home. Your main duties and responsibilities may include;
- Lead, coach and mentor the Fraud and Claims investigation team.
- Drive a team of high performance, high integrity and inclusivity.
- Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure business outcomes are achieved
- Act as an escalation point for complex claims and customer complaints
- Design and deliver changes across claims handling, triaging, risk assessments and decision making
- Manage an efficient and effective fraud detection and management process
- Take accountability for the achievement of the annual claims cost plan
- Play an active, collaborative and inclusive role as apart of the Claims & Assessing executive team
- Attending and participating in board meetings
