**The role**
- 6-month contract, onsite at our Sippy Downs office
- Monday to Friday with set and consistent hours
- Handle and process insurance claims related to catastrophic events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate in a compassionate and professional manner, providing support and guidance
- Investigate and assess the damage, loss, or injury to determine coverage and liability
- Collaborate with internal teams, adjusters, and external partners to facilitate the claims resolution process
- Keep detailed records and documentation of claims activities and communications
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends
- Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their claims
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

**About you**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively present and articulate information
- Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
- Skilled at multitasking and thrives in a busy environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
