Due to our current expansion, an exciting opportunity has become available in our Sunshine Coast head office for Claims Services Officers to join our team.

This is a customer service focused position which involves liaising with the insured to update them on schedules and claim progress via email and phone to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role
  • Manage claims from commencement to completion.
  • Input and regularly update claim information in accordance with internal systems and client systems.
  • Update and communicate with insurance clients in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide and receive detailed, accurate and timely information to and from subcontractors to ensure quality of service to the customer.
  • Always ensure best practice customer service.
  • Complete all reporting in accordance with client service level agreements, ensuring standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure pro-active customer service is exercised, and the customer is always kept up to date
What you will need
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for helping people.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to adhere to guidelines and KPI's.
  • Self-motivation with excellent organisational skills.
