**Role Description/Criteria**

John Paul College is a co-educational Catholic secondary school in Frankston, a vibrant learning community where each student is supported and challenged to achieve excellence. We are committed to maintaining high positive expectations and are attentive to the needs, goals and abilities of every student.

The College is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic person to take on the role of Risk and Compliance Officer 4 days per week (0.8 FTE). Ideally, the successful applicant will have a suitable qualification or experience in a similar role, be able to understand the importance of policy and risk management, staff training as well as creating and maintaining a strong governance culture.

This role will allow the successful applicant to work independently, and also the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic group of staff across the College.

The successful applicant should have sound computer skills, be good at creating processes to ensure efficiencies in the work day, and attention to detail a must.
