**The role**:
An exciting new opportunity now exists for a Compliance Manager at South East Water. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for governance, operational and advisory support to the organisation with regards to compliance management. The role is responsible for providing leadership and governance on compliance management and related disciplines across the organisation.
**Who are you?**:
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and managing risks associated with key deliverables and projects
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and coordinating compliance management systems and conducting and managing internal or external audits
- Strong interpersonal skills with a particular focus on developing relationships across all levels of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and challenge behaviours in a constructive manner while striving to add value, improve practices and provide solutions for best outcomes.
