Our Medirest team is looking for a **Mobilisation Project Officer** to support the mobilisation of the Frankston Hospital in Melbourne. This full-time role will be responsible for the supporting the planning and governance of this project, including the management of the project Gantt, issues and risk registers and provide high level administrative support and coordination.

**About the role**:

- Support with the design process in the developmental stage of the mobilisation
- Work closely with the Mobilisation Manager to ensure that Compass interests are being protected within the operational efficiency of design and compliance
- Manage various projects allocated within the timeframe of the mobilisation, requiring you to engage with key stakeholders, analyse data and then provide feedback and presentations
- Coordinate the Gantt chart for the mobilisation project, ensuring is it regularly updated, monitoring progress against timelines and identifying any risks.

**About you**:

- Prior experience and understanding of project management principles and processes
- Able to work efficiently under pressure with the ability to upskill yourself
- Good knowledge of hospital operations including understanding of Soft FM services role in supporting clinical services and patient centred care
- High level skills in MS Project and Excel
- High level communication skills and ability to engage effectively with a wide range of professions including clinicians, hospital managers, design and construct professionals, architects and engineers
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to manage divergent work types and priorities simultaneously
