We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to take on the position as Client Services Coordinator at our Truganina branch to perform Service Delivery functions for various Prixcar Fleet Services key clients. This role requires someone who could develop relationships with our key clients by maintaining all our committed service requirements.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Communicate and liaise with Vehicle Manufacturers, Transporters/carriers, Parts Suppliers and other Prixcar state branches
- Carry out prompt and effective follow-up and response to internal and external customer enquiries and concerns
- Coordinate key customer deliverables utilising proprietary IT platforms (Caris / Finesse / Unleashed)
- Upon receipt of order, ensure intake build information is accurately reflected in Unleashed and scheduling discussed amongst stakeholders
- General administration activities including (but not limited to) general client invoicing, reporting and processing of purchase orders
- Attend meetings with key client contacts and lead any changes to facilitate improved service delivery
- Arrange internal and external vehicle movements to meet customer delivery requirements
- Observe all OHS regulations, codes of practice and Prixcar’s own OHS policies and procedure
- As required registration activities related to fleet vehicles
- Other duties as required by management

**Skills and experience**:

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Advanced understanding of networking and IT systems
- Experience leading projects through to implementation
