**As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Overseeing a team of Site Managers across multiple projects and providing advice and leadership to ensure perfect delivery
- Provide advice to project teams during pre-construction, ensuring transfer of knowledge during project handover
- Provide support for development, implementation and improvement of construction processes
- Ensuring that all jobs are being managed effectively and homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved drawings
- Collaborate with Site Managers and ensure homes are completed on time, within the allocated budget
- Promote safe work protocols and ensure construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systems

**To be successful in the position, you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within the residential housing industry
- Experience in developing proposals, contracts and managing sub-contractor agreements in residential construction environments
- Strong understanding of Contract Administration
- Considerable knowledge of the methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to construction
- A high level of attention to detail with excellent time management and organisation skills with a passion for working in a fast paced environment
