**About the role**:
As Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of multiple projects across various locations in Victoria from start to end, achieving maximum productivity in a safe and profitable manner.

The scope of this role covers all areas associated with the design and concept through to completion, including people management, financial tracking, and reporting on outcomes.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role
- Motivated, focused with attention to details
- Have a strong commitment to Health, Safety and Quality
- Planning, problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Strong leadership & people management skills with the proven ability to guide, direct and manage groups of diverse employees
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of programme management, deadlines, and budget controls

**Must Have**
- High Risk Work Licence: Advanced Rigging (at a minimum)
- Construction Card
- Current Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance
