We are now seeking our next Construction Supervisor in Geelong. In this role, you will lead trades, share your valued insights, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring our standards of top-quality builds and customer service are met.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Overseeing on-site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Managing and leading the on-site construction team, including subcontractors and labourers.
  • Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to meet specified standards and regulations.
  • Prioritising and enforcing safety protocols and regulations for all on-site personnel.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with project stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and managing project budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

  • Has proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in residential building.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Communicates effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Has solid project management abilities, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.
  • Prioritises safety and fosters a culture of safe work practices.
  • Can quickly identify and address challenges on-site.
