We're now on the lookout for multiple experienced **Construction Supervisors** to join our Construction team supervising builds based in **Geelong.**

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the construction process of all dwellings and projects.

Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth management of multiple residential construction projects and providing our customers with the best possible experience throughout the building process.

Your success will be measured by your ability to exceed our and our customer's expectations in the following areas:

- Build times
- Budgets
- Quality control
- Customer service
- OH&S

**Who we're looking for**:
Given this is a critical customer-facing role, you’ll need to have an excellent customer service approach, along with strong people and project management skills.

As a Construction Supervisor, you’ll need to professionally liaise with clients within allocated cycles and update them on any unexpected delays.

You’ll take ownership ensuring all homes are completed to standards before final inspection and that they comply with the Australian Building Codes.
- Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor is **essential**:

- Ability to demonstrate an outstanding customer service approach, along with strong people and project management skills
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately interpret plans and specifications
- Highly motivated, resilient, and outcome-focused individual
- Strong focus on quality along with process improvement and problem-solving
