400 Gradi is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team

This role is for hospitality professionals who want to build a long-term career with us by joining our busy, vibrant team at our Essendon location.

Required

Salary – Casual award $35.15 / Hour

Location – Essendon, VIC

The Restaurant Supervisor role is hands-on and leadership-focused.

Italian cuisine knowledge is a plus, but training is provided. Applicants need strong initiative, excellent communication, and a professional attitude.

You'll be responsible for supervising the front-of-house team, managing customer experience, assisting with rostering and training, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Must be well-groomed, able to multitask under pressure, and available on a flexible roster.

You will need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership or supervisory hospitality role
  • RSA certification
  • Availability for night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Passion for creating memorable dining experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Professional presentation and grooming
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
