**About The Role**
- As the face of PEXA’s head office, the Office Coordinator will act as a welcome and friendly reception for staff, visitors, suppliers, and contractors ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Visitor management
- Coordinating incoming communication
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls
- Managing and maintaining meeting rooms
- Coordinate catering
- Liaise with couriers and contractors as required
- Onboarding and travel management (Egencia and Uber Business)
- Maintain general cleanliness of communal spaces
- Liaise with the landlord for routine maintenance
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Provide employees with access cards and locker keys
- Provide support to the WHS Manager in the stocking & supply of First Aid equipment/supplies & audit, and support emergency warden training.
- General assistance to staff with issues such as security photos, gifts, car park access and general enquiries
- General administration
**What you’ll bring to the table**:
- Excellent time management, listening and organisation
- Prior experience in a Reception position
- The ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Proactively building collaborative relationships
- Over five years of experience in a similar role
