**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND ROLE**

Our client is one of Australia's largest independent publishers and a world leader in direct marketing. They are a fast-growing business with a fun, flexible and relaxed working environment. Based in South Melbourne, they are now looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in lead generation to join their Acquisitions Marketing team.

The successful incumbent will develop and execute tactical marketing campaigns, to maximise audience engagement and deliver a scalable volume of new leads.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the end-to-end processes of performance media campaigns, including campaign creation, performance optimization, and budget monitoring;
- Develop all messaging, manage execution, rollout and performance optimisation for paid campaigns with multi-million dollar budget responsibility;
- Work with Google Analytics to deliver dashboard/reports;
- Use Google AdWords and DoubleClick Suite to manage ongoing keyword research, search query analysis, ad copy testing, landing page testing, building and processing campaigns;
- Monitor ROI targets across all online channels and campaigns to optimise budget allocations;
- Utilise a range of online marketing tools and collaborate with other marketing teams (SEO, content, and retention), leveraging data and research to build test plans and frameworks.
- Work closely with Editorial and Copy teams to develop, create, hone and optimise content for all paid media.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess a min of 3 years’ marketing experience;
- Completion of a Tertiary Degree in Business or Marketing;
- Have a good understanding of the evolving marketing technology landscape;
- Demonstrate proactivity in providing daily meaningful optimisation recommendations and provide timely updates/answers to short notice requests.
