**The Opportunity**:
Be responsible for both Paid and Organic Social Media planning, execution and reporting for premium quality footwear company. Use your creative and passionate mindset to be the gatekeeper of the brand on Social Media, whilst working in conjunction with a Digital Agency.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Assist with the development of Paid Social Strategies in conjunction with the digital agency.
- Brief in and coordinate best in class creation of all Paid Social Content with Graphic design Specialist.
- Continuously monitor, develop and optimise to ensure ROI targets are met.
- Manage all organic posting of content and all social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create content reels, stories, and TikTok content.
- Coordinate all influencer and content collaborations across the business.
- Elevate and accelerate the social media presence whilst exploring emerging social platforms that align with the company marketing objectives.

**Key Skills**:

- Familiar with the fundamentals behind Paid Social Media Marketing.
- Understanding of strategy and numbers associated within.
- Across Social Media Platforms such as Instagram and Facebook in particular.
- Worked within Social Media Advertising campaigns previously.
- General understanding of the retail/fashion Industry.
- Be able to bring new ideas to the table and creatively contribute.
