**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimise paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends and audience behaviours to refine targeting strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated spend while maximising results.
- Prepare performance reports, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.

**Requirements/Experience**
- 2+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns
- Facebook business manager management proficiency
- Pixel implementation and management.
- Proficiency in GA4 and Data Looker Studio
- Ability to analyse data for actionable insights.
- Collaborative approach to working with teams.
- Attention to detail for accurate campaign setup and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
