TBS Workforce are currently hiring an Internal Sales Person for a valued client based North of the River.
- Opportunity for career progression
- looking for someone who would like to grow with the company
- 8:00AM - 4:30PM
- Monday - Friday
- Landsdale location

**About the role**
Our client is a family owned and operated company, working closely with many of the world's leading manufacturers and brands in the fields of lubrication and refuelling equipment, hose storage and retrieval solutions, spill containment products, vehicle hoists, and wheel servicing equipment.

**Responsibilities Include;**
- Prompt answering of phone inquiries, providing technical advice and assisting customer queries.
- Processing quotations and sales orders in an efficient and timely fashion.
- Assist external sales staff with customer requirements.
- Processing back orders, credit notes, and return authorities.
- Control and Monitoring of all customer warranties and repairs.
- Assisting with various warehouse tasks as part of training and as when required
- Filing and general admin duties
- Adhoc duties as required.

**What we're looking for;**
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- Be well organized
- Have accurate record keeping skills
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
- The ability to work well under pressure and be able to multi-task.
- Good interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Have technical experience or the ability to learn quickly
- The ability and willingness to quickly learn new procedures and systems.
- Be accurate and have an eye for detail.
- Have intermediate computer skills.
- Be punctual and reliable
