Join a leading Australian commercial projects business as their Warehouse Supervisor in South-East Sydney.
**Your new company**
Your new company is a national commercial projects business, specialising in the design and construction of facades, with a warehouse based in South-East Sydney. They have an exciting opportunity for you to take the next step in your career as a Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the operation in the warehouse day-to-day, leading your team and driving improvements of current processes. Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be managing a small team of 2-3 warehouse staff. Your duties will include:

- Forklift operation of up to 7 tonnes
- Supervision & training of a small team of warehouse staff
- Maintain inventory to a high standard, including coordinating weekly stock-takes
- Managing goods both inward and outward of the warehouse
- Ensure machinery and forklifts are regularly maintained
- Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to OH&S policies by all team members

**What you'll need to succeed**
As a successful Warehouse Supervisor, you will have previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role, as well as the following:

- A valid Forklift license
- A track record in people management
- Computer literacy
- Prior experience with inventory management
- Ability to competently use power tools
- Strong understanding of practical processes within stock control & warehousing/logistics
