This role involves ensuring the seamless flow of products and materials from suppliers to customers, while driving continuous improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels. You will lead and mentor our supply planner, warehouse team, and logistics partners to meet operational goals, ensure timely delivery, and support the company's growth objectives. High-level, your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the logistics, warehousing, and inventory functions. - Coordinating with internal and external teams to drive operational efficiencies and meet customer demand. - Overseeing supply planning, including procurement of raw materials and finished goods. - Managing supplier relationships and performance, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. This is a full-time position working 38 hours between Monday-Friday. **Who are we looking for?** We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager with proven leadership skills and a track record of delivering results across complex supply chain operations. You’ll have a passion for continuous improvement and be adept at managing change in a dynamic environment. A strong communicator with excellent people management skills, you will thrive in a collaborative setting and drive the team to achieve operational excellence. **Key Skills and Experience**: - 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, including logistics, inventory, and procurement. - Proven leadership and people management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop teams. - Good understanding of supply chain systems and processes - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with international suppliers and partners. - Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly regarded.
