**About The Role**:
As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring product availability across our national distribution network. This role is responsible for managing stock levels while driving supply chain efficiency through collaboration, system optimisation, and continuous improvement projects. You’ll work closely with internal and external teams to proactively identify supply risks, resolve out-of-stocks, and support key business initiatives - including promotional planning and new product launches.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Optimise inventory levels across national distribution centres, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Lead collaboration meetings with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to align on the supply plan, address supply risks and discuss supplier performance.
- Utilise advanced demand forecasting and inventory optimisation tools to execute data-driven planning decisions.
- Proactively manage out-of-stock situations by identifying root causes, engaging stakeholders, and implementing timely corrective actions to restore availability.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain processes and system efficiency.
