The Opportunity

This newly created role will focus on managing and growing our presence across
national
eCommerce channels. You'll play a pivotal role in driving online sales, building strong customer partnerships, and ensuring our brands are positioned for success in the digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow national eCommerce accounts across multiple online channels
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximise sales, margin, and brand visibility
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key eCommerce partners
  • Monitor category trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, and Supply Chain to deliver seamless execution
  • Analyse sales data and performance, ensuring commercial KPIs are achieved

About You

  • Proven experience managing eCommerce accounts in a retail, consumer goods or wholesale environment
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital account management
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to negotiate, influence, and deliver growth outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting and forecasting
  • Strong relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
