**ADVERTISING MANAGER**

Taking control of sale advertising campaigns and office marketing the Advertising Manager will be responsible for the organisation & implementation of property sale collateral and provide direction, design and implementation of effective business advertising ensuring brand compliance, budget control and trackable outcomes.

Based in St Leonards the advertising manager will oversee marketing across both our Sydney City & North Shore offices including print and digital along with coordination of third party provides for achievement of company growth and branding objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Planning and organisation of all sales advertising campaigns for individual properties & boutique projects
- Providing direction for the design and development of the business' strategy for advertising.
- Overseeing and reviewing advertising objectives and implementing trackable outcomes
- Working closely with sales agents & the business owner on campaign detail and functionality
- Ensuring compliance with client and business advertising budgets
- Organising and implementing various marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Maintenance of digital creative (website, social media Facebook, Instagram, wechat etc.)
- Coordination with third party providers for achievement of company objectives

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or higher Degree in Business Administration and or Marketing or relevant field experience

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 1 years' experience in Advertising Management or comparable field
- Real Estate / property industry experience is preferred
- Knowledge of real estate sale process and property management highly regarded

**SKILLS**:

- Creative thinker with ability to drive ideas through to reality
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of franchise branding
- Ability to multi-task and deliver on expected results
- Digital Marketing experience including knowledge of Redbook & WeChat
- Demonstrated high level written & communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully meet competing deadlines
- Overall Advertising and Marketing skills are needed

**PERFORMANCE GOALS**:

- Coordination with third party providers for achievement of company objectives
- Coordinate with selling agents, department heads and key clients
- Meet competing deadlines create trackable outcomes
- Liaise, consult, negotiate & network with clients, suppliers & other employees professionally at all times

**TO APPLY**:
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
