About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Clerical Assistant to support our QLD Sales team at Carole Park. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in one of our segments. You’ll handle customer enquiries, quotes & specifications, coordinate product lifecycle management, and assist with administrative tasks to support the greater sales team.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage product specifications, approvals, and commercialisation processes using Visy’s systems.
- Respond to internal and external customer queries promptly and accurately and work closely with your nominated customers through a structured call cycle.
- Support the end-to-end Velocity process, including quotes, designs, and approvals.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, maintaining product listings, and addressing outstanding debtors, as well as any other Visy initiatives relevant to your customer base.
- Research new and existing customer opportunities and manage leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Technical teams to implement product changes.
- Provide reports and insights to the Sales team as needed.
