Role Description
As a Sales Assistant at Royal Fur Kids, you will work in a dynamic environment striving to deliver top tier customer service to assist our customers give their fur kid their best life. You may operate across a variety of locations - mostly inner and northern Brisbane – selling a range of dog products both in-store and at vibrant local markets.
The primary duties of a Sales Assistant include maintaining the stock displays, keeping the store tidy and welcoming, processing sales and handling transactions with accuracy, and sharing product knowledge to help our customers find the perfect items.
What does our ideal candidate look like?
An ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills. Additionally, you must be reliable, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with a small team and pets.
This role is entry-level, meaning we do not require you to have prior experience working in customer service. This role is well suited for high school and university students.
